How to use & care
  1. Ice roller: fill the reusable mold with water, close it and freeze until solid.
  2. Start with clean skin. Roll gently from the centre of the face outward and from the jaw up toward the temples for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Gua sha: apply a facial oil or serum first, hold the tool almost flat against the skin and glide outward with light pressure.
  4. Rinse and dry the tools after each use. Avoid broken or irritated skin, and stop if it feels too cold.
