Welcome to VELAVO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Us
VELAVO is an online store based in Missouri, United States. You can contact us at velavoshopco@gmail.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and Descriptions
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizes and appearance may vary slightly from images shown on your screen. Product availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Product Use
Please read all product information, labels and directions before use. For skincare and beauty products, we recommend a patch test before first use. Stop using any product that causes irritation, and consult a healthcare professional if you have allergies, a skin or medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time. Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely through our payment providers. Taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or there was a pricing or description error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

7. Promotions and Discounts
Discounts, bundle offers and free-gift promotions are subject to the terms shown with each offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may end or change at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

8. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. US standard shipping is $4.95 on orders under $49 and free on orders of $49 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before you buy.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to VELAVO or its content suppliers and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit false or misleading information.

Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
