Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with VELAVO. Here's how your order gets to you.

Shipping rates (United States)
- Orders under $49: $4.95 flat-rate standard shipping.
- Orders of $49 or more: FREE standard shipping.

The $49 threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after any discounts, before taxes. Your exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email right away and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated delivery
Our products are shipped by our fulfillment partners, and most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of being placed. Delivery times can vary by product, location, carrier and busy periods such as holidays. We don't offer guaranteed delivery dates or expedited shipping at this time.

Orders with more than one item
Different products may be shipped from different fulfillment partners, so items in one order can arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll only ever pay one shipping charge per order, as shown at checkout, and you'll receive tracking for each package.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking information can take a few days to update after a package is handed to the carrier.

Delays
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or tracking hasn't updated for an unusually long time, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner and keep you updated. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Shipping address
Please check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Shipping protection
Optional shipping protection may be offered in the cart. It is never added automatically.
